Sales, Shipping & Return Policy

1. General Information

All artworks offered in this store are high-quality prints of original acrylic paintings, not original hand-painted artworks. By making a purchase, the customer confirms that they understand and accept this.

2. Payments & Order Activation

✅ Payment Details:

• The order is activated after receiving payment.

• Payment details will be sent to you after placing the order and finalizing the size of the print.

• Orders are only processed once payment has been confirmed.

• I accept payments via PayPal, Blik, or traditional bank transfer.

3. Shipping & Order Processing

✅ Processing Time:

• The standard production and preparation time for prints is 7-10 business days.

• Once printed, the artwork is shipped according to the selected delivery method.

• The estimated delivery time depends on the customer's location and the shipping provider:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Other regions: 10–21 business days

✅ Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs will be calculated during our communication after you place the order, based on your location and the selected print format.

• Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

✅ Order Tracking:

• A tracking number will be provided if the chosen shipping provider offers this option.

4. Returns & Complaints

✅ No Returns or Exchanges

• Due to the unique nature of each print, returns and exchanges are not accepted if the product was delivered as ordered.

✅ Complaints About Damages or Errors

• If the product arrives damaged or has a production defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

• Provide photos showing the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, defective print).

• Once the complaint is verified, I may offer a replacement or a refund for valid claims.

5. Custom Orders (Commissions & Custom Paintings)

✅ How It Works?

• I offer custom acrylic paintings made to order.

• The process includes:

  1. Initial consultation (discussion of theme, size, color palette).

  2. Sketch or concept preparation (if required).

  3. Painting the artwork (typically takes 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity).

  4. Optional minor revisions.

  5. Finalization and shipping.

✅ Payment & Deposit

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I begin working on a custom order.

• The remaining balance must be paid before shipping.

✅ No Returns for Custom Orders

• Due to the personalized nature of custom paintings, returns and cancellations are not accepted once work has begun.
